Check-In / Check out
Early Check-in / Late Check Out
Check in time is 3:00 p.m. or later. Check out is 11:00 am. The hotel uses a self-check-in system.
Early check in or late check out might be available for a fee, depending on occupancy levels. To inquire about early check-in, please contact us. You will be notified if we either can or cannot provide the service so that you may plan your trip accordingly.
Smoking
THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING. A violation of this will result in additional cleaning charges
Damage Waiver
Quiet Hours
Cancellations
All reservations with events planned require a damage deposit to be paid at the time of booking. This fee depends on the event planned and will be disclosed during the planning process.
Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 8 am
If your reservation must be cancelled, for any reason, the following cancellation policy applies to all reservations.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in

If you cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you’ll be charged a 50% cancellation fee for all nights

If you cancel less than 7 days before check-in, there are no refunds.
We will refund unused days or cancel reservations without penalty in the event of a MANDATORY hurricane evacuation.
Pets
We allow up to two pets per unit for a $125 pet fee. Pets must be pre-approved and the fee paid before arrival.
Parking
There is a paid parking lot directly across the street from the building. There are loading zones on both Camp St and Common St for loading and unloading your luggage.
